Senior Consultant, SAP Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical integration inquiries, both internally and externally.

• Actively influence projects, make architectural choices, and guarantee sustainable implementation.

• Design, implement, and take ownership of complex integration scenarios on the SAP Business Technology Platform utilizing the SAP Integration Suite.

• Manage the technical solution architecture for integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Guide clients on integration strategies, architectural methods, best practices, and technology choices.

• Act as the technical contact within projects and function as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Assist in analyzing functional and technical requirements to derive feasible integration concepts.

• Ensure the quality, maintainability, performance, and scalability of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business, or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of professional experience (typically 5+ years) in the SAP and/or integration field.

• Extensive hands-on experience with the SAP Integration Suite.

• Strong understanding of integration and solution architecture.

• Familiarity with common integration standards and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, OData, JSON, XML, HTTP).

• Knowledge of Groovy scripting, security aspects (OAuth, certificates), and hybrid scenarios is advantageous.

• Experience with MuleSoft is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP and related services is desirable.

• Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
