This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The consultant will be responsible for mapping, configuring, and maintaining the payroll system of an organization.
• They operate at the intersection of Human Resources, technology, and labor law, ensuring accurate calculations of earnings, deductions, vacations, and charges.
• Key Responsibilities:
• System Parameterization: Setting up calculation rules, payroll schemes, processing averages, vacations, and terminations.
• Legal Compliance: Ensuring the system aligns with current labor laws and obligations (such as eSocial in Brazil).
• Integration: Connecting the Payroll (PY) module with other areas, such as Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), and Benefits (BN).
• Support and Training: Addressing tickets, correcting errors in payroll calculations, and training key users.
• Documentation: Creating functional specifications and manuals for improvements and customized developments.
• Mastery of HR Processes: Extensive experience with personnel department routines and payroll calculations.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading and modifying schemas, rules, and salary tables in SAP.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate the needs of the Human Resources department to the technology team.
• Official Certification: SAP HCM Certification is a significant advantage for validating the technical knowledge required in the market.
• Bachelor's Degree: Completed higher education is required.
