Senior Consultant, SAP HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation of system landscape transformations including HR carve-outs, system transformations, and mergers.

• On-site demonstrations of our comprehensive SAP® add-on product offerings.

• Providing technical support throughout the sales process with direct customer engagement.

• Offering conceptual consulting tailored to customer specifications.

• Planning, executing, and following up on feasibility studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in HCM/HR SLO is preferred.

• Experience in SAP HCM (in-house) consulting or development, as well as in HCM areas: PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll), PT (Personnel Time), OM (Organizational Management).

• Knowledge of SAP implementations and preferably some project experience.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the DACH region.

• ABAP development experience is a plus.
