Senior Consultant SAP FI – S/4HANA, Cloud Public Edition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a SAP FI Functional Consultant in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects.

• Be a technical reference in your area of expertise, supporting clients and project teams.

• Conduct functional analyses and assist in defining solutions that adhere to SAP Best Practices.

• Act consultatively with the Finance, Accounting, and Legal departments.

• Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

• Map business requirements and propose scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Redesign financial processes considering the limitations of the SAP Public Cloud, particularly for RE-FX scenarios.

• Define alternative models for contract management in SAP Cloud.

• Engage in the functional design of solutions aligned with Clean Core principles.

• Configure and parameterize financial processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• Assist in implementations involving Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), contract accounting, IFRS 16 / CPC 06 (Leasing), and recurring postings.

• Ensure adherence to the Universal Journal model (ACDOCA).

• Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations using SAP Integration Suite, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and APIs.

• Support integrations with real estate management systems and other corporate solutions.

• Execute activities according to the project plan.

• Communicate risks, deviations, and occurrences related to the project.

• Map technical and functional risks.

• Ensure integration between functional and technical teams.

• Comply with internal and client policies, norms, and procedures.

• Continuously seek new knowledge and share learnings with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

• A postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Business Management, or Technology will be considered an advantage.

• Solid experience (minimum of 5 years) as a SAP FI Consultant.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects.

• Participation in at least one end-to-end implementation project of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

• Experience in projects involving IFRS 16 / CPC 06.

• Experience with contract accounting.

• Knowledge of SAP integration projects.

• Previous experience with SAP RE-FX On-Premise will be considered a plus.

• Technical knowledge in SAP FI, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, IFRS 16 / CPC 06 (Leasing), contract accounting, Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), recurring postings, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Business Partner (BP), financial process modeling, limitations of SAP RE-FX in Public Edition, alternative models for contract management in SAP Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), integration with real estate management systems.

• Tools: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP FI, SAP Fiori Apps, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Teams, Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence.
