📋 Description

• You will gather, analyze, and document requirements, design use cases, and assist with system implementation.

• You will evaluate, enhance, and implement business processes with an emphasis on digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures.

• You will effectively manage client projects from the planning phase through to implementation, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and budgets are adhered to.

• You will identify new opportunities, create innovative solutions, and actively contribute to the development of our consulting portfolio.

• You will aid in the creation of forward-thinking concepts that propel our clients forward.

• You will cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners while sustainably nurturing your professional network.


⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, Insurance/Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree programs with a focus on insurance.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer in the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on private health insurance.

• Knowledge of Requirements Engineering / Requirements Management (IREB) and experience in Business Process Management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, or Lean Management.

• Familiarity with complex insurance processes and their efficient design, along with sustainable implementation practices.

• Nice to have: certifications such as IREB or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and process management.
