This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Consulting, strategizing, and executing projects aimed at the new development and enhancement of maintenance processes within SAP EAM or similar applications.
• Facilitating coordination and communication between IT departments and operational maintenance teams.
• Conducting evaluations of maintenance and customer service processes to identify areas for optimization.
• Developing actionable recommendations and solution concepts.
• Implementing and customizing established methodologies and new processes.
• Providing technical support during the presales phase.
• Actively contributing to the growth of consulting services.
• Mentoring junior staff and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects within the maintenance sector utilizing SAP EAM / SAP PM / SAP CS.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP EAM (with SAP Asset Manager being optional) and various Intelligent Asset Management solutions (such as SAP MDG for EAM, SAP BNAC, SAP ASPM, SAP PdMS, SAP PEI, SAP AM, etc.).
• Familiarity with related modules including SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP QM.
• Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, or other related sectors.
• Strong passion for consulting, demonstrating high initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in German at a C1 level or as a native speaker.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
