Senior Consultant – Insurance Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support international insurers in the implementation of transformation and digitalization programs.

• Analyze end-to-end insurance processes as well as existing IT and system landscapes.

• Further develop and modernize core insurance processes while overseeing their technical and practical implementation.

• Design solutions at the intersection of business units and IT.

• Contribute to automation and AI initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and decision-making quality in insurance processes.

• Take responsibility for work packages or sub-projects and collaborate closely with international project teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in insurance consulting or in transformation projects within the insurance sector.

• Understanding of key insurance processes such as claims, underwriting, and policy administration.

• Experience in analyzing processes and IT landscapes within complex organizational structures.

• Interest in digital transformation, automation, and the application of AI in business processes.

• Proficient in engaging with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to flexible client assignments.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
