Senior Consultant, Healthcare Financial Transformation – Front-End Revenue Cycle/Patient Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Senior Consultants are accountable for managing client relationships, implementing solutions, and achieving project outcomes.

• You will oversee project workstreams and engage with clients on a daily basis to ensure successful project execution.

• This role includes facilitating daily operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.

• Senior Consultants are required to prepare and present well-structured, impactful reports and presentations to both client and internal executives.

• You will mentor, coach, and lead Consultants while ensuring the quality of deliverables.

• As a Senior Consultant, you will follow a clearly defined career trajectory and continue to enhance your specialized industry knowledge and consulting expertise.

• By refining your project management skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, you will have the chance to advance to the Managing Consultant level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Over 3 years of core experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle with a focus on front-end and/or Patient Access

• More than 3 years of financial analysis experience within a health-related organization

• Proficiency in Epic EHR concerning revenue cycle management modules

• Proven history of driving operational process improvements for revenue cycle optimization projects in hospitals and/or health systems

• Advanced analytical and data manipulation capabilities using Excel

• Willingness to travel to client locations across the United States up to 75%
