Senior Consultant – Commercial Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Our highly skilled Veeva Commercial Architecture team assists our Life Sciences clients in optimizing their investment in the Veeva Commercial Cloud suite of applications.

• We serve as advisors to key stakeholders, guiding them in making informed decisions to achieve strategic objectives through the global deployment of technology.

• Veeva architects hold overall accountability for ensuring that Veeva applications are configured according to best practices and are seamlessly integrated into our customers' broader commercial architecture.

• As a Commercial Architect within the Veeva Systems Professional Services group, you will engage in and lead discussions on business processes, application design, and the development of technical and end-user requirements for Veeva Commercial products.

• You will collaborate with a diverse array of Customers, Vendors, and Veeva team members throughout projects to facilitate the delivery of high-quality solutions and enhance Customer Success, which is one of Veeva's core values.

⛳️ Requirements

• A motivated and effective self-starter capable of guiding colleagues and customers through complexities to achieve results.

• 5+ years of consulting, architecture, or data experience in life sciences; your CV should reflect projects with multiple life sciences organizations.

• A deep understanding of Veeva CRM is essential, and real-world experience with other Veeva Commercial Cloud Applications (such as Vault Promomats, Vault MedComms, CRM Events, Network, Align, OpenData) is highly desirable. Familiarity with products and platforms from other vendors is a plus, but Veeva knowledge is crucial for success in this role.

• Strong presentation skills are vital.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are necessary as this is a client-facing position; fluency in English is a must.
