Senior Configuration Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee configuration baseline control throughout the entire lifecycle of intricate information systems.

• Facilitate and provide guidance to Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).

• Sustain control over allocated, functional, and physical baselines and assist with audits.

• Evaluate engineering change requests to determine their impact on configuration baselines and logistics support elements.

• Keep configuration control records and technical documentation up to date.

• Collaborate closely with quality assurance and management representatives.

• Develop directives for the authorization and execution of changes.

• Implement and sustain automated Configuration Management tools and databases.

• Gather all functional and technical requirements, integrating them into the final design documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of pertinent experience.

• Proven ability to lead a team of configuration management specialists.

• Security Investigation Requirement: At the time of application, candidates must hold at least a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation (this position is Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, IT-II).
