Senior Compliance Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, engage in, and spearhead a variety of audit programs.

• Execute and lead EHS compliance audits.

• Oversee and direct audits related to process safety management and risk management programs.

• Manage and conduct supply chain due diligence and risk audits across different formats.

• Facilitate audits of waste receiving facilities in various formats.

• Lead the formulation of permitting and EHS compliance strategies for client project initiatives across multiple sectors.

• Coordinate the creation and management of client EHS compliance programs for both the construction and operational phases of facilities in various industries.

• Supervise the execution of EHS compliance tasks for clients spanning multiple industries.

• Design and deliver EHS training programs tailored for clients in various sectors.

• Offer comprehensive regulatory interpretations of EHS laws and regulations to clients and develop compliance strategies accordingly.

• Stay informed and communicate knowledge regarding current and emerging USEPA, OSHA, and state EHS regulatory mandates.

• Create compelling business presentations and proposals for delivering high-value EHS consulting services.

• Establish and nurture effective client relationships.

• Expand the existing business portfolio through client engagement and professional networking.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to newly hired or less-experienced staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or education.

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in conducting EHS regulatory compliance audit fieldwork.

• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review as a condition of employment.

• US Citizenship is mandatory.
