• Oversee all elements of regulatory and client audits, including pre-site deliverables, mock audits, on-site visits, logistics, and written responses to audit findings and corrective measures, ensuring successful audit outcomes through thorough documentation and tracking across teams.
• Compile and analyze audit-related data such as scope, findings, recommendations, corrective action plans, and progress, delivering comprehensive written and verbal reports to Compliance and business operations leadership regarding ongoing and completed audits.
• Effectively manage multiple audits concurrently while collaborating with various business units to gather essential information within designated timelines.
• Create compliance-related communications.
• Resolve issues through close collaboration with business partners.
• Investigate, comprehend, and clearly convey regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Provide education to business partners on regulatory audit procedures as required.
• Manage, monitor, and report data pertaining to regulatory and client audits and corrective action plans (CAPs).
• Liaise with Legal Counsel as necessary.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned or needed by management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs, or in supporting audits within a highly regulated industry; preferably in government, healthcare, or managed care sectors.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
