This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee and assess Accounts Receivables and Collections operations, focusing on the EMEAI Region.
• Create procedures and internal controls that promote unified methodologies across business units, subsidiaries, and customer segments.
• Ensure timely and precise account reconciliations.
• Match remittances against outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Conduct Aging Reviews of Accounts for Order Releasing Requests.
• Evaluate Accounts for potential Credit Holds for overdue customers.
• Investigate customer deductions to ascertain validity and collaborate closely with A/R – Rebates to address any discrepancies between deductions and payouts while identifying trends.
• Organize and provide documentation needed by both internal and external auditors.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external functional teams/departments such as Sales, Sales Operations, RMA, Logistics, Revenue, Client Support, SAP OTC, EDI, CMR, and others.
• Manage files, records, transactions, and other office processes while maintaining an audit trail.
• Assist with essential periodic business activities (month-end close, quarter close, year-end, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related business field.
• At least 3-5 years of recent experience in Finance, ideally within an Accounts Receivable Department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
