Senior Cloud Security Policies Engineer, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, update, and evaluate cloud security policies (Azure)

• Design and sustain CI/CD pipelines for deploying policies to cloud environments

• Convert Information Security policies into technical controls within Azure

• Apply preventive and detective measures to reduce cyber risks

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize environments

• Ensure security is integrated into pipelines (DevSecOps)

• Manage secrets, tokens, and certificates using secure methods (e.g., Key Vault)

• Collaborate on access control (RBAC) and identity governance

• Troubleshoot critical and high-visibility issues

• Work alongside global, cross-functional teams

• Engage in change management processes and maintain the CMDB

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure

• Proficient in Terraform, Bicep, or ARM

• Experienced in building and deploying CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledgeable in implementing security controls

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Terraform expertise (preferably with HashiCorp tools — Vault, Sentinel)

• Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python

• Experience with YAML, JSON, Azure CLI, and PowerShell

• Knowledge of Azure Resource Graph

• Experience in secrets management (Key Vault or similar)

• Understanding of RBAC and access controls

• Security integration expertise in pipelines (DevSecOps)

• Familiarity with change management processes and CMDB

• Proven ability to troubleshoot in critical environments

• Relevant certifications: Security+, CISSP, CCSP, Azure AZ-500

• Experience with distributed architectures and microservices

• Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with additional tools from the HashiCorp ecosystem
