Senior Cloud Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Design and create middleware and integration services that connect Salesforce with internal systems.

• Develop and maintain cloud-native microservices utilizing Kotlin or Java.

• Execute integration patterns based on REST APIs and event-driven models across distributed systems.

• Utilize Kubernetes and Docker for deploying and managing containerized services on AWS.

• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and implement infrastructure as code methodologies.

• Uphold API security best practices throughout the integration layers.

• Develop and manage connectors, adapters, and components for data synchronization.

• Promote test automation and adhere to quality-focused development standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of backend development experience in Kotlin or Java.

• Familiarity with Quarkus, Spring Boot, or comparable frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, including REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Strong background with AWS cloud services.

• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code principles.

• Experience in integration or middleware development, particularly with connectors, adapters, and data synchronization.

• Proven experience in test automation and commitment to quality-driven development.

• Knowledge of API security best practices.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
