Senior Cloud Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer operational support and maintenance for cloud platforms (AWS and Azure);

• Oversee adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs, suggesting ongoing enhancements;

• Handle critical incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL practices;

• Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions);

• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible);

• Generate, review, and update runbooks and operational protocols;

• Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and recommend continuous improvement initiatives;

• Address critical issues in AWS and Azure;

• Engage in CABs, change management, and releases with a DevOps approach;

• Provide technical assistance to the team and ensure the reporting of operational metrics;

• Foster a DevOps culture and promote process automation;

• Oversee container management and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) in production settings;

• Proven track record with DevOps methodologies and culture;

• Solid experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions);

• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible);

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes);

• Comprehensive understanding of cloud architecture, high availability, and disaster recovery (DR);

• Strong background in ITIL/ITSM and managing critical environments;

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch);

• Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge;

• Experience in automation through scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
