Clinical Trial Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing trial activities for the designated R/OPU.

• Ensure that trials are conducted in accordance with GCP-ICH and applicable local/global regulations.

• Creation, management, and review of the budget for the R/OPU trial.

• Provide timely budget updates in response to trial modifications.

• Deliver appropriate trial-specific training for both internal and external partners within the R/OPU.

• Verify and contribute to feasibility assessments at the country and site levels.

• Finalize and validate the selection of trial sites.

• Develop and implement engagement plans at the country level.

• Coordinate the creation of patient-facing documents at the country level.

• Ensure prompt responses to inquiries from Regulatory Authorities and Ethics Committees.

• Maintain oversight throughout the clinical trial process.

• Monitor the progress related to patient recruitment endpoints.

• Establish and nurture relationships with external experts, investigational sites, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing clinical trial projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles.

• A university degree in Biomedical Life Sciences or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in Therapeutic Areas pertinent to the client pipeline.

• Knowledge of major local and regional regulations.

• Familiarity with guidelines and standards of care is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with CROs and POs is advantageous.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships.
