This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serves as the line manager for clinical study managers (CSMs) in Germany.

• Responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, and supporting the professional growth of team members.

• Involved in the recruitment process and resource allocation for clinical research projects.

• Work closely with regional and German teams to ensure compliance with study timelines and uphold necessary quality standards.

• Take the initiative to promote best practices and process enhancements to meet corporate objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare field is preferred.

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in clinical research and clinical operations.

• A minimum of 7 years for a Senior Manager role.

• Previous experience in direct-line management is preferred.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

• Familiarity with the execution of clinical trials.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in both English and German.
