Senior Clinical Site Manager, part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Establish, develop, and maintain robust relationships with investigators and site personnel.

• Oversee all facets of site management, which includes selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

• Recognize site performance trends and proactively tackle recruitment or operational obstacles.

• Analyze data and site metrics to pinpoint risks and implement effective solutions.

• Serve as the primary liaison for study sites.

• Facilitate study delivery by collaborating with Project Managers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Assist in study start-up activities, documentation, and regulatory submissions.

• Ensure studies are consistently audit and inspection ready.

• Promote innovative strategies to enhance site engagement and patient recruitment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRA II or Senior CRA within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting.

• Strong site-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and creativity in overcoming recruitment challenges.

• High attention to detail with experience in data review and site issue identification.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to adjust style for different audiences.

• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, global environment.
