Clinical Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify recurring clinical and documentation challenges and implement process enhancements.

• Assist in quality assurance efforts by ensuring that clinical work adheres to standards prior to downstream review.

• Review and authorize new orders within the EMR system.

• Ensure NOMNC documentation is available for all applicable discharges.

• Oversee hospital hold information, inpatient transfer procedures, and POC completion for hospitalized patients.

• Evaluate and monitor infection control reports.

• Track vital sign parameter alerts for active patients, ensuring proper documentation, notifications, and follow-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current RN license (mandatory).

• Proficient in EMR systems, particularly HCHB.

• Outstanding attention to detail and a strong commitment to documentation precision.

• Capability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive tasks while maintaining quality.

• Knowledge of home health regulatory standards.

• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time in a remote setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at escalating clinical issues as necessary.
