This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report to the Senior Director of Clinical & Translational Research at Omada, as part of the Clinical & Translational Research team.
• Formulate research inquiries and study frameworks.
• Create and execute studies and analyses, which include evaluation plans and statistical analysis plans.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses and interpret as well as summarize the results.
• Develop mixed-methods studies that integrate both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Lead or assist with HEOR analyses encompassing cost-effectiveness, cost-offset, budget impact, utilization, and return on investment studies.
• Construct evidence packages that link clinical outcomes to economic value.
• Analyze claims, EHR, laboratory, biometric, and program engagement data.
• Collaborate with Clinical Strategy, Commercial, Product, Finance, and Market Access teams.
• Share findings through manuscripts, abstracts, conference presentations, white papers, dossiers, and commercial evidence materials.
• Represent Clinical & Translational Research in cross-functional environments.
• Support research that advances Omada's strategic objectives and market differentiation.
• Contribute to research focused on digital health behavior-change programs for chronic conditions.
• Collaborate on experimental and quality improvement initiatives.
• Aid in shaping Omada's HEOR roadmap, evidence priorities, and publication strategies.
• Promote transparency and scientific rigor within the research team.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience with a PhD, DrPH, PharmD, MD, ScD, or equivalent advanced training in a related discipline.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing HEOR, real-world evidence, or health services research studies.
• Expertise in claims data, health plan quality measures, chronic disease, health behavior, AI fluency, and healthcare delivery transformation.
• Proficient in SAS, STATA, SQL, R, Python, or other equivalent tools.
• Strong SQL capabilities and experience working with large, intricate healthcare datasets from extraction to communication.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, including analysis of medical and pharmacy claims, EHR data, and other real-world data sources.
• Experience in evaluating healthcare utilization, total cost of care, quality performance, and economic outcomes.
• Familiarity with causal inference, comparative effectiveness research, propensity score methods, difference-in-differences, cost analyses, budget impact modeling, and cost-effectiveness analysis.
• Ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in digital health, Tableau, chronic disease research, virtual care, economic modeling, payer-facing evidence, publication, and market access will be advantageous.
