Senior Clinical Research Associate – Metabolic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee research operations at locations involved in Worldwide’s clinical research initiatives.

• Identify prospective sites for participation in clinical research.

• Execute study initiation tasks, which include gathering regulatory documents and assisting with contract and budget discussions.

• Train sites on accurate data collection and reporting of potential safety-related incidents.

• Manage site operations throughout the duration of the study.

• Finalize research activities at sites following the completion of the study.

• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).

• Ensure adherence to informed consent, safety event reporting, and relevant regulatory standards.

• Primarily manage site activities remotely while traveling regionally as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to operate with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Bachelor’s degree or Nursing degree required.

• Experience in Metabolic research is essential.

• Experience in Obesity research is preferred.

• Candidates must live in the Central United States, ideally in Texas.

• Willingness to travel regionally is a must.
