Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support effective trial execution.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

• Oversee clinical trial activities in accordance with the protocol, regulatory standards, and industry practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects at once.

• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capacity to influence and promote compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 60% of the time.
