Senior Client Policy Analyst – Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze SEC filings and proxy statements from publicly traded companies, emphasizing executive compensation programs and share-based compensation plans to ensure data integrity.

• Assess the accuracy of client voting policies and prepare summaries for clients that outline the impact of their voting policies on specific proposals.

• Serve as the subject-matter expert in developing or refining clients' policies and methodologies, providing both anecdotal insights and data-driven analysis related to executive compensation practices.

• Engage with clients and company representatives to clarify compensation policies, methodologies, and analytical results.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to share and promote thought leadership initiatives.

• Leverage analytical tools, models, and technology platforms to perform comprehensive quantitative and qualitative assessments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.

• At least 4 years of pertinent experience in executive compensation or corporate governance.

• Proven knowledge of North American executive compensation issues and governance standards.

• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Comprehensive understanding of executive compensation practices and associated corporate disclosures.

• Proficient reading comprehension and analytical skills, with familiarity in compensation-related modeling.

• Ability to clarify and communicate complex compensation concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Comfortable utilizing analytical tools and compensation-related data models.
