Senior Client Compliance Manager – Trust Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of a varied portfolio of trusts and estates, serving as the reliable adviser and main point of contact for clients, trustees, and professional intermediaries.

• Manage a portfolio of UK trusts and estates, providing an exceptional client experience.

• Review and supervise trust tax returns and annual compliance requirements.

• Evaluate trust accounts and ensure all reporting obligations are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

• Assist Partners and Directors with trust planning, inheritance tax strategies, and broader private client advisory initiatives.

• Oversee trust account administration.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external advisers.

• Mentor and develop junior team members, aiding them in enhancing their technical and commercial expertise.

• Recognize opportunities to add value and provide proactive advice that significantly impacts clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess substantial experience in managing trusts, estates, and related tax issues.

• Strong understanding of trust taxation, inheritance tax, and estate administration.

• Experience in reviewing trust accounts and managing annual compliance processes for trusts.

• Exceptional client relationship management skills and the confidence to act as a trusted adviser.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior team members.

• CTA, STEP or equivalent qualifications/experience.
