This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take ownership of the overall performance, strategy, and execution for designated ATCs and their related referral networks.
• Promote appropriate patient identification, referral, and therapy adoption through compliant education and engagement efforts.
• Differentiate Kite CAR T therapies from alternative options using approved messaging.
• Develop and implement comprehensive account and territory strategies that align with regional and national priorities.
• Achieve defined sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with treating physicians, referrers, transplant teams, administrators, and key influencers.
• Navigate complex academic and integrated delivery networks to align priorities and eliminate obstacles to care.
• Lead engagement efforts across multiple stakeholders to facilitate class and brand growth.
• Identify, map, and optimize patient referral pathways within hematology and oncology networks.
• Serve as the “quarterback” coordinating efforts among Medical, Market Access, Operations, and ATC Onboarding teams.
• Provide timely insights regarding account trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.
• Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies.
• PhD/PharmD with 2+ years of experience in rare disease, Hematology/Oncology, or complex accounts - OR a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in rare disease, Hematology/Oncology, or complex accounts - OR a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in rare disease, Hematology/Oncology, or complex accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree accompanied by 6+ years of commercial sales experience (or equivalent combinations of education and experience).
• Proven track record of success in rare disease pharmaceuticals, Hematology/Oncology, or complex account sales.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology or cell therapy.
• Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix team environment in a fast-paced, field-based setting.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Experience launching products within academic hospitals or transplant center environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional account teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional selling skills supported by a proven history of success.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to translate data into actionable strategies.
