Senior C# Entwickler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop and operate backend applications based on C# and .NET within a predominantly Microsoft-based tech stack (including Windows Server, MS SQL).

• You will implement new features and enhance existing applications—covering everything from requirements analysis to implementation and operation.

• You will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders, questioning requirements and contributing your own technical solutions.

• You will be part of an agile team (Scrum with a tendency towards Kanban) and actively shape the development process.

• You will ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and clean architectures.

• You will support the growth and development of the developer team, acting as a sparring partner or technical advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of C# / .NET.

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server).

• Familiarity with API interfaces.

• A solid understanding of software architecture, clean code, maintainability, performance, and security.

• Experience with agile development processes and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.

• Willingness to view testing as an integral part of your development work (unit, integration, E2E tests).

• Very good English skills (at least C1) and good German skills (at least B2).

• A desire to take on responsibility, share knowledge, and help shape technical standards.
