Senior C# Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop and manage backend applications utilizing C# and .NET within a predominantly Microsoft-based technology stack (including Windows Server and MS SQL).

• Your role involves implementing new features and enhancing existing applications — from analyzing requirements to implementation and operation.

• You will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders, challenge requirements, and propose your own technical solutions.

• As a member of an agile team (Scrum, leaning towards Kanban), you will actively influence the development process.

• You will ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and maintaining clean architectures.

• You will assist in building and further developing the engineering team, contributing as a mentor or technical leader.

• Strong expertise in C# / .NET.

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) and API interfaces.

• A solid grasp of software architecture, clean code principles, maintainability, performance, and security.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and a passion for cross-team collaboration.

• A commitment to treating testing as an essential part of your development process (unit, integration, E2E tests).

• Proficiency in English (at least C1) and good command of German (at least B2).

• A willingness to take ownership, share knowledge, and help define technical standards.
