Senior Business Payments Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate performance metrics associated with payments, including approval rates, fraud detection, chargebacks, and more.

• Work in partnership with country managers and finance teams to pinpoint areas for enhancement and formulate action plans to capitalize on payment performance opportunities.

• Lead and implement projects focused on optimizing payment processes, minimizing transactional expenses, and enhancing approval rates.

• Deliver regular reports and insights regarding payment KPIs to business leaders, emphasizing trends, challenges, and potential opportunities.

• Serve as the primary contact for the business team on financial performance matters related to payments, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

• Assist cross-functional teams in executing improvements and best practices in payment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in Payments, Finance, or related roles within the eCommerce sector.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.

• Robust project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives at once.

• Keen attention to detail, with a talent for spotting improvement opportunities in payment processes.

• Results-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
