
Senior Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• You will be tasked with achieving a revenue target of $2.5M from incoming leads.
• In addition to managing inbound leads, you will also cultivate your own pipeline through strategic outbound initiatives.
• You will showcase proficiency in both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
• You will take ownership of all processes, from lead qualification and needs assessment to strategy consultation and the client kick-off meeting.
• You’ll work collaboratively to develop and present detailed SEO, PPC, and Analytics strategies to potential clients, including their C-level executive team.
• By illustrating overarching marketing strategies, you’ll provide consultation to prospective clients.
• You may perform initial competitive analyses in SEO, PPC, and Analytics for incoming leads.
• You will prepare and present site-specific proposals and negotiate contracts.
• You’ll establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry.
• You will offer a premium, white-glove experience to all clients.
• You will employ sales methodologies, particularly favoring MEDDIC.
• You have extensive experience in SEO, paid media, or both.
• You are results-oriented.
• You possess the ability to read between the lines.
• You have collaborated with a variety of cross-functional teams.
• You have previously presented strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Ahrefs are already part of your toolkit.
• You have excellent communication skills and are exceptionally diplomatic.
• You have been exploring AI out of genuine curiosity.
• You are skilled at setting expectations.
• You are eager to strengthen your business development capabilities.
