This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Generating daily, weekly, monthly, and on-demand reports.
• Offering insights or opportunities related to hierarchy and call recordings.
• Evaluating reporting data to pinpoint and avert issues with call recordings.
• Overseeing internal call recording projects to ensure business requirements are recognized and fulfilled.
• Participating in daily meetings to provide status updates.
• Conducting overnight testing and coordinating testers.
• Recognizing concerns or dependencies that need to be addressed with operations teams.
• Supplying project scope details to the SCBC team for production integration.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience and essential computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• At least 1 year of experience in communicating with internal and external associates, teams, and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in root cause analysis: proactively asking the right questions, gathering and analyzing data, identifying, and resolving problems that arise with little or no precedent and with a sense of urgency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Proven ability to swiftly adjust priorities to meet evolving business demands and effectively prioritize tasks in an environment with sometimes conflicting goals.
• A comprehensive understanding of IT architecture related to phone switches and call recording solutions, including VoIP/TDM call center phones, Nice, Mattersight, Verint, and/or similar ticket systems.
