Senior Billing Functional Analyst – SAP Utilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis, configuration, and support for the billing (BIL) module within SAP Utilities.

• Ensure accurate execution of billing and reading cycles.

• Gather and document requirements in collaboration with business units.

• Identify and suggest enhancements to billing procedures.

• Assist in functional testing, including unit and integration tests.

• Investigate and resolve incidents and issues.

• Work alongside technical teams (ABAP) and other relevant stakeholders.

• Document processes and solutions effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient experience with SAP Utilities (IS-U), particularly in billing (BIL).

• Intermediate understanding of BIL (Billing).

• Proven experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering.

• Background in functional testing.

• Familiarity with billing processes for utility services (electricity, water, or gas).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
