This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist in the regional benefits design strategy and review process for all country-specific plans while utilizing third-party vendor reports and internal platforms to inform design recommendations.
• Aid in the annual contract renewal process and vendor negotiations, monitoring performance against Service Level Agreements with an emphasis on cost control and documentation.
• Maintain executive dashboards and compliance tracking metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, cost trends, and utilization metrics for proposed plan modifications.
• Collaborate with the Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards colleagues, and local Human Resources teams to create clear and accurate employee communications that foster localized trust.
• 3–5+ years of progressive benefits experience in LATAM, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, plan design support, or vendor renewal processes.
• Extensive knowledge in aggregating and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and plan documents, with practical experience in Workday and ServiceNow highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, negotiation support, and the ability to influence within a matrixed multinational environment.
• Organizational agility to handle competing priorities with a continuous improvement mindset aimed at strategic process enhancement.
• Professional fluency in both verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable (Please submit your CV in English).
