Senior Backend Engineer – Grafana Backend Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong backend development experience, preferably with Go.

• Good knowledge of storage solutions, particularly relational databases such as MySQL, SQLite, and Postgres.

• A genuine concern for developer and user experience and the quality of the products you create.

• Proven experience in managing projects from requirement gathering to product delivery.

• Skilled in writing clean, robust, and efficient software.

• Experience mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative yet asynchronous setting.

• A passion for tackling complex solutions.

• Ability to deconstruct complex challenges into manageable tasks.
