• Over 5 years of experience in software development utilizing the Go programming language.

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with SQL databases, such as PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Artifactory, Kubernetes, and the Ansible orchestration engine.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.

• Strong skills in writing unit tests, integration tests, and debugging applications built in Go.

• Understanding of database architecture and design principles.

• Capability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents, as well as create design documentation.

• Proficient English communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written forms.

• Experience with noSQL databases such as Redis and ClickHouse.

• Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies, Git, and JIRA.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

• Practical experience using AI agents and assistants for software design, code generation, and refactoring.

• Background in spec-driven or contract-first development methodologies.

• Ability to assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Hands-on experience with Rust programming.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
