This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create, develop, and sustain BackEnd services using C# / .NET Core;
• Build and enhance REST APIs and microservices;
• Engage in integration with databases, message queues, and cloud services;
• Address defects and aid in stabilizing releases;
• Conduct unit and integration testing;
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and implement DevOps practices;
• Maintain documentation for services, interfaces, and technical choices;
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and FrontEnd developers.
• At least 8 years of experience in the IT field;
• Extensive experience in development with C# / .NET Core;
• Proficient in developing APIs and microservices;
• Familiarity with Agile / DevOps environments;
• Cloud expertise is a significant advantage;
• Strong analytical abilities for resolving complex technical challenges;
• Knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and REST APIs;
• Experience with microservices architecture and BackEnd services;
• Proficient in Git or a similar version control tool;
• Competence in unit testing, integration testing, and software quality practices;
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and technical documentation;
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus;
• Knowledge of Azure Application Insights, Azure Key Vault, and Azure DevOps;
• Experience with Cosmos DB, distributed NoSQL databases, or graph databases;
• Experience with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or a similar distributed search engine;
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures;
• Contract assignment or resource pool based on client requirements;
• Primarily remote work, with availability to coordinate based on intervention requests.
