Senior Auditor, Contract Compliance – Retail-Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive audits of contract compliance to evaluate adherence to AIA billing standards.

• Confirm that billed expenses align with contract stipulations and industry practices.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of AIA billing formats to detect discrepancies.

• Assist in insurance audits related to construction projects.

• Perform reconciliations of job costs.

• Clearly and effectively communicate the results of audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

• Certification as a Construction Auditor (CCA) is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in construction auditing, project management, or project engineering is necessary.

• Experience with auditing AIA-format billings, GMP and CMAR contracts, job-cost structures, tenant improvement projects, data centers, distribution centers, or large capital portfolios is preferred.

• Strong project management capabilities are essential.

• Ability to travel up to 20% may be required.
