
Senior Auditor, Contract Compliance β Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Execute comprehensive audits for contract compliance to ensure adherence to AIA billing standards.
β’ Confirm that invoiced expenses align with contract stipulations and industry benchmarks.
β’ Utilize expertise in AIA billing formats to detect any discrepancies.
β’ Assist in auditing insurance related to construction initiatives.
β’ Carry out job cost reconciliations, matching costs, and aid in the verification of expenses for developers and landlords.
β’ Present audit findings in a clear and concise manner.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
β’ Certification as a Construction Auditor (CCA) is preferred.
β’ Certifications such as CFE, PE, CCM, or PMP are advantageous.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in construction auditing, construction project management, or project engineering.
β’ Preference for experience in auditing AIA-format billings, GMP and CMAR contracts, job-cost structures, tenant improvement projects, data centers, distribution centers, or extensive capital portfolios.
β’ Preferred experience in reviewing insurance costs, subcontracts, cost-plus agreements, change orders, or submissions from developers/landlords.
β’ Experience in conducting audits of completed projects and reviewing monthly pay applications is preferred.
