Senior Associate Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to foster alignment and informed decision-making. Serve as a Trusted Advisor by connecting solutions to business results and questioning misaligned assumptions.

• Develop scalable Procure-to-Invoice solutions across various Coupa modules. Convert technical capabilities into business value while contributing to product development and thought leadership.

• Oversee functional design and execution using established methodologies. Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure alignment among customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Discover opportunities to enhance adoption and scope with current customers. Generate additional value by exploring new use cases and growth driven by Statements of Work (SOW).

• Refine delivery frameworks and Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives. Create playbooks, training materials, and enablement resources to enhance team capabilities.

• Guide team members and uphold quality standards. Engage with executives with confidence and convey complex ideas in a clear manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or packaged software implementation.

• More than 4 years of experience in consulting or customer-facing solution delivery.

• At least 4 years of expertise in procurement and invoicing domains, including Procure-to-Invoice processes.

• Demonstrated success in leading multi-module, global deployments, facilitating solution design workshops, and managing implementation workstreams.

• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, presentation, and advisory roles.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings.

• Openness to travel up to 25% of the time.
