Senior Associate, Data Analysis

📋 Description

• Become a Data Analyst at Kyndryl, where you will leverage data to inform strategic choices and influence the future trajectory of our organization.

• Utilize your knowledge of fundamental statistics, business principles, and effective communication to extract meaningful insights and convert raw data into thorough visual representations and engaging narratives.

• Collaborate closely with our clients as part of a high-performing team.

• Delve into extensive IT datasets, revealing hidden insights and identifying trends and patterns that will transform our clients' comprehension of their environments.

• Formulate persuasive conclusions and generate data-driven insights that will have a direct effect on their decision-making processes.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, applying your expertise, analytical thinking, and consulting capabilities to solve intricate business challenges and translate them into innovative solutions.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, combining your collective knowledge to collect, structure, organize, and cleanse data.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects at once while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Degree in a quantitative field, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL).

• Professional certifications, such as ASQ Six Sigma.

• Cloud platform certifications, including AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
