Senior Architect, Architectural Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will autonomously oversee the planning and organization of renovation projects, from initial design to construction documentation.

• You will liaise with external specialist planners as well as internal MEP/building physics teams.

• Additionally, you will manage the planning coordination for external architects and specialist consultants.

• You will evaluate construction drawings as well as shop and installation plans.

• You will assist in the preparation of tendering (service phase 6).

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in architecture and have the authorization to submit building applications (Bauvorlageberechtigung).

• You have substantial experience in planning coordination.

• Experience in timber construction, fire protection, and/or renovation is considered a significant advantage.

• You are skilled in using tools such as AutoCAD and Revit, and have familiarity with BIM.

• Your German language skills are at a native speaker level, and you are also comfortable communicating in English.

• You exhibit a confident demeanor and a high level of decisiveness, capable of managing complex processes effectively due to your coordination skills and resilience.

• Your work approach is marked by excellent self-organization and solution-focused thinking, allowing you to remain goal-oriented even when faced with challenging issues.
