Senior Apriso Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of MES solutions within intricate manufacturing settings.

• Structure, configure, and tailor Apriso MES solutions for multinational manufacturing enterprises.

• Create MES integrations with ERP systems, such as SAP MII and various middleware platforms.

• Construct, improve, and resolve issues in MES modules, including Quality, Material Management, Machine Integration, and Production workflows.

• Develop comprehensive .NET applications, APIs, and services utilized for MES-ERP interoperability, provider portals, and enterprise web applications.

• Update and modernize legacy .NET applications, incorporating security upgrades, encryption, and performance enhancements.

• Generate REST/SOAP APIs, execute complex SQL development (PL/SQL, T-SQL), and oversee ETL pipelines across multiple platforms.

• Utilize cloud architecture expertise across various cloud platforms for MES hosting, migration, and automation solutions.

• Implement and manage distributed development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based MES integrations.

• Guide development teams by offering architectural direction, conducting code reviews, and supervising delivery.

• Spearhead full-scale MES/ERP implementations for Fortune 500 companies and government clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in architecting scalable solutions.

• Proficiency in Dassault Systems Delmia/Apriso platforms.

• Full-stack .NET engineering capabilities.

• Experience with enterprise integrations, ETL pipelines, and orchestration of multi-site MES/ERP systems.

• Technical Skills in MES Platforms, specifically Delmia Apriso 9.x.

• Programming expertise in C# and .NET.

• Database knowledge, particularly with SQL Server.

• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.

• Proficient in MQ services, event buses, message queues, and real-time plant-floor integrations.

• Comprehensive understanding of discrete, batch, and continuous manufacturing processes across various industries.

• Certifications as an MES Dassault Systems Delmia/Apriso Certified Architect.
