Senior Android Engineer

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in building or leading the development of large-scale Android applications that are relied upon by real users.

• You are familiar with complex user flows and performance limitations — you've navigated those challenges successfully.

• You understand the entire product: from an elegant user interface and smooth animations to robust performance and crash-free code.

• “Good enough” is not part of your vocabulary.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt swiftly, and advocate for bold experimentation when needed.

• You are proficient in Kotlin, including some expertise in coroutines.

• You are comfortable with Jetpack Compose, architecture, concurrency, and performance optimization.

• You can identify potential issues before they escalate, proactively resolve them, and take full ownership of your features from conception to launch.

• You collaborate seamlessly with product managers, designers, and AI specialists — bridging gaps, interpreting ideas, and celebrating achievements together.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
