This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, develop, and sustain the mobile advertising infrastructure.
• Integrate and oversee various mediation SDKs, such as AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, and Unity LevelPlay.
• Create sophisticated ad loading, caching, preloading, and request management systems.
• Enhance essential monetization metrics: Fill Rate, Match Rate, Show Rate, Impression Rate, eCPM, and total revenue.
• Construct intelligent ad selection, placement logic, and Remote Config fallback systems.
• Improve memory utilization, threading, lifecycle management, and SDK initialization performance to minimize crashes, ANRs, and latency.
• Develop internal debugging, logging, and telemetry instruments, along with A/B testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on server-driven monetization.
• Over 5 years of professional Android development experience.
• Proficient programming abilities in Kotlin and Java.
• In-depth knowledge of the Android SDK and app lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience integrating mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, or Google Ad Manager).
• Experience in optimizing ad loading performance, latency, and multithreading.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Remote Config, Analytics, Crashlytics, and BigQuery.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend-driven configurations.
• You will be responsible for critical, revenue-generating infrastructure in a successful startup.
