Senior Analytics Specialist – Digital Media Tracking Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation, configuration, and upkeep of analytics solutions and tracking setups, particularly using Google Analytics.

• Ideally, familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Matomo, or eTracker.

• Analyzing user behavior and generating actionable insights to enhance websites and digital campaigns (e.g., conversion rate or funnel optimizations).

• Developing reports and offering recommendations tailored to the varied needs of our clients.

• Close cooperation with internal teams and clients to comprehend and fulfill specific requirements.

• Independent planning and execution of A/B/n tests, for example, utilizing Adobe Target.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of implementing and utilizing Google Analytics (both client-side and server-side), including Tag Manager.

• Good to excellent understanding of A/B testing.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Team-oriented with effective communication skills to collaborate successfully with various stakeholders and clients.

• Passionate about digital marketing and a continuous commitment to professional growth.

• Strong interest in AI and the opportunities it presents (e.g., predictive analytics).

• Curiosity and a willingness to explore new approaches.

• Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level to provide advice to our clients.
