Senior Analyst, Strategy Monitoring & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver monitoring insights for strategy modifications in relation to anticipated outcomes.

• Ensure consistency and alignment between modifications in models and updates to strategies.

• Foster collaboration with strategy leaders to establish KPIs, dashboards, and real-time reporting tools for monitoring strategies.

• Compile contributions for strategy risk reports, audit evaluations, and regulatory inquiries, guaranteeing traceability and thoroughness of monitoring documentation.

• Collaborate across functions with strategy leads to assist their analysis of strategies and models.

• Aid business executives in making prompt adjustments due to execution discrepancies or deviations from strategic objectives.

• Conduct segmentation, cohort analysis, and experimentation to assess the impact of strategies.

• Follow governance principles concerning strategic initiative evaluations and reporting cycles.

• Utilize tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Python to track trends and provide insights that drive strategic adjustments.

• Stay informed about internal control and regulatory benchmarks.

• Compile contributions for mode/strategy risk reports, audit evaluations, and regulatory inquiries, ensuring traceability and thoroughness of monitoring documentation.

• Engage in cross-functional working sessions to assess monitoring results and promote continuous improvement efforts.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and/or special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of analytics experience in fields like strategy analytics, credit risk, business performance monitoring, or decision science within a financial services or regulated context; alternatively, a High School diploma/GED alongside a minimum of 4+ years of analytics experience in similar areas.

• At least 2 years of experience using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or other analytics and visualization platforms, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

• Strong critical thinking abilities with an analytical problem-solving approach.

• Willingness and ability to travel for business as necessary.
