This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance revenue generation by leveraging historical data to devise sales strategies tailored for each market segment within the company.
• Assess consumer behavior to establish a sales policy that maximizes revenue potential.
• Implement strategies and practices that take into account consumer behavior on a macroeconomic scale, ensuring optimal allocation of products and pricing to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Oversee and manage demand to make pricing and availability adjustments based on customer behavior.
• Increase RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) and TrevPAR (Total RevPAR).
• Analyze and determine optimal pricing for revenue-generating units.
• Evaluate the interplay between average daily rate, occupancy, and distribution channels to uncover opportunities for improved profitability.
• Conduct market analysis and develop a dynamic pricing strategy focused on maximizing revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Hospitality, Tourism, IT, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI (including understanding data flows, Power Query, and creating basic measures).
• Familiarity with PMS Opera, channel managers, extranets, and RMS.
• Experience within the leisure market.
