This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist process owners in pinpointing enhancement possibilities.
• Contextualize and conceptualize objectives and requirements within the framework of:
• Mission Statement
• Mission Leader role definition
• STRIDES values
• Manage operational information.
• Collaborate with business teams, utilizing technology as necessary.
• Aid process owners in refining existing processes and addressing process-related challenges.
• Conduct meetings, gather data, analyze information, and document processes.
• Examine and enhance current processes.
• Provide training to standardize terminology across various areas, departments, and geographical regions.
• Facilitate process workshops.
• Lead workshops focused on process redesign.
• Facilitate process mapping and business process reengineering efforts.
• Document objectives, analyses, and conclusions.
• Provide training on tools for process improvement.
• Assist in documenting policies and procedures that stem from enhanced processes.
• Support the presentation of improved processes to stakeholders for discussion.
• Executive and client support.
• Assist executives responsible for strategic client relationships in process optimization initiatives.
• Present process improvement initiatives and outcomes to clients at the executive level.
• Monitor, evaluate, and recommend solutions for both transactional and strategic challenges, including those outside of the defined scope of work.
• Develop strong relationships with line management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Build robust client relationships founded on trust and confidentiality.
• Conduct audits and assessments.
• Perform moderately complex audits and assessments of internal processes to ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits related to:
• Newly hired employees
• Technology management
• Project and program management
• Supplier management
• Draft audit reports and present issues alongside practical cross-functional solutions.
• Complete assigned audits within the allocated budget timelines.
• Identify emerging risks and propose improvement solutions.
• Contribute to enhancements in the audit process, including automated routines.
• Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations.
• Continuously plan for future operations and procedural enhancements within the quality department.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A degree in Engineering, IT, or Business is preferred.
• Six Sigma BLACK Belt certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5S, and Theory of Constraints is preferred.
• Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, BPM, BI, and basic statistical analysis tools is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Strong analytical and questioning skills to comprehend client needs and priorities.
• Strong representation and ambassadorship for Qualfon.
