This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for improvement

• Oversee operational information

• Facilitate process workshops

• Assist in presenting enhanced processes to stakeholders

• Conduct moderately complex audits and assessments of internal processes to ensure compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory

• Preference for degrees in Engineering, IT, or Business

• Six Sigma BLACK Belt certification is essential

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5S, and Theory of Constraints is preferred

• Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering is preferred

• Experience with ERP, CRM, BPM, BI, and basic statistical analysis tools is preferred

• Exceptional verbal and written presentation abilities

• Proficiency in the English language is required

• Strong analytical and questioning skills to comprehend client needs and priorities

• Ability to represent and promote Qualfon effectively

• Willingness to travel is expected
