Senior Analyst, Lean Process

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Leading the successful execution of improvement initiatives throughout the organization to support Empower's rapid growth and enhance profitability.

• Managing the implementation of sustainable process enhancements.

• Evaluating and reporting outcomes to ensure that change initiatives yield the anticipated business results.

• Establishing and executing continuous improvement strategies in specific focus areas.

• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders for performance benchmarking and project execution.

• Defining key metrics to assess the current state and enhance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree (MS, MBA) is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Expertise in applying Lean principles across diverse scenarios.

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in leading process improvement initiatives.

• Exceptional communication abilities; comfortable engaging with all organizational levels and external clients.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proficient in utilizing process improvement tools.

• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous and/or evolving conditions.
